Dried, fresh, and prepared nettle has been used for centuries to promote healing, reduce inflammation, and maintain health.
Popular in teas, tisanes, and tinctures, nettle offers a light, earthy flavour that is sometimes described as similar to green tea. Our nettle has been sifted and cut suitable for tea bag or fine filter use.
