The use of steam to cleanse the body dates back thousands of years to ancient civilizations and can now be found in modern day bath houses, saunas, and... you guessed it... facial steams!
The use of botanical steams encourages the cleansing and opening pores and sinuses, blood flow to and healing of the skin, and clearing and calming of the mind, body, and spirit.
Note: For best results, facial steaming can be done once every three weeks up to a maximum of once a week. Higher frequencies may result in dryness, irritation, and damage to skin's natural barrier.
