Shipping policy

General Shipping Fees

    Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday to Friday) using Canada Post. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 to 7 days. Standard shipping times and rates apply. We do not ship outside of Canada at this time. In the event of a Canada Post strike, your patience is appreciated as delays of varying degree are likely during a strike.

    FREE Local Pickup

    Free local pickup is now available for online purchases! Place your order online, and under shipping options choose your preferred location for pickup. Once your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive a notification via e-mail. 

    Current local pickup options are Complete Home Collective (2903 Kingsview Blvd SE) and At Dawn Wellness Center (520 1 Ave NE). Please allow for 1 to 3 business days for your order to be ready for pickup. In the event you require an order expedited, please contact us for availability (info@vintageapothecary.ca).

    Please NOTE: Local pickup locations are for online purchase pickup only and do not carry our stock for purchase. Available pickup days/times are subject to each location's particular hours. Please refer to their websites for current business hours.

      Local Delivery

        During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within Airdrie, Alberta. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

          *Free local delivery applies to local orders over $25 before taxes. Local orders under $25 will have the option of a $5 flat rate shipping fee in addition to regular shipping options.

          Local deliveries are made weekly on Wednesday. Orders must be placed before 12 pm the Tuesday prior to be included in the next delivery day. For example, an order placed at 10 am Tuesday will be delivered the next day on Wednesday.
          Orders placed after 12 pm Tuesday will be delivered Wednesday of the following week. Holiday and other closures will be updated online.

            When placing an order for local delivery, please include applicable information or instructions for ease of delivery. This may include front door/home colour, if there is a dropbox, or other delivery instructions.
