Q. Can I add to my order after it has been placed?
A. If you have missed an item or see an item that you would like to add to your order, please contact us as soon as possible! If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to meet your request. Please note, additional shipping costs may apply.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. At this time, Vintage Apothecary is only processing and shipping orders with billing and final destination shipping addresses located in Canada. We hope to expand our service area in the future and encourage you to reach out to us to let us know you'd love to see our products in your area!
Q. Why does it take so long for some products to come back in stock?
A. Each and every product Vintage Apothecary offers has met or exceeded our requirements that support our core values. This means that some of our items may have natural limitations on availability. For example, the amazing people who provide us with some wildcrafted items may hold off on wildcrafting a certain plant to support healthy establishment of a species. We love providing beautiful, clean products, and we support the practices and time that allows us to do that sustainably. Thank you for being a part of that!
