Helps my brain so much

I often am plagued by circular thoughts and terrible ruminations that feel like a drill sargent is yelling at me inside my head. Enter skullcap. I make myself a cup of skullcap tea and it helps so much. I learned today that it contains baicalin which is a modulator of the gaba receptors. Such powerful medicine!

Thank you for your magical review! We aboslutely love skullcap and consider it to be one of the more effective herbal nervines!
